Everything in this perfect and great hotel was modern, we loved it. Comfortable bed, the room was newly remodelled and neat. The breakfast offered variety of reasonably priced meals. Also, location was good, just 5 minutes walk from Harishchandra Ghat. Plus, it was just off restaurant, and Chousatti Ghat which is adjoining the Dasashwamedh Ghat.

Booked a room with magnificent views of sunrise. The staff were all responsible, extremely friendly.

Nice and great hotel, accommodating staff, enjoyed good location not far from the Kashi Vishwanath temple, the Sita Guest House, and very cheap restaurant. The room was neat, the bed was comfortable and there was a clean bathroom. A rooftop restaurant with panaromic view of the ghats and the Ganges 5 was an advantage.

The sight of the Jyotirlinga is so powerful, it's like a divine spa for the soul. The Ganges Aarti ceremony was like a symphony of chanting and cymbals. The food was a delightful mix of international and local flavors.

The bathroom was so small, I had to do yoga just to use the toilet.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with beautiful views of the river and ghats. Being able to spend hours on the balcony, watching the river and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere was a highlight of my Christmas stay. The staff at the hotel were extremely accommodating and helpful, especially when we arrived early in the morning. They went above and beyond to clean our room quickly so that we could rest after our long journey. The bathrooms in the hotel were clean and had good hot water facilities.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that could be improved. the beds in the rooms were quite large and took up a lot of space, leaving very little room to move around.

The location was particularly good and gorgeous, for example, Harishchandra Ghat was within a close distance from the hotel. Moreover, it's short walk to the Ganges and the Ghats, and the Ganges river🙂

My recent stay at Hotel Sita Palace was truly amazing. I spent a few days exploring the beautiful city and the hotel's location right on the Ganges was perfect for my travel purpose. The view from the terrace was breathtaking and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I must mention the delicious food at the rooftop restaurant and the exceptional service provided by Rakesh, the guide who showed us the real side of the city. The hotel offered great value for money and I enjoyed every moment of my stay.

The hotel is absolutely great, it has very amiable staff from the cleaner to the general manager. The venue has well-maintained rooms complete with balcony and a lot of windows, for instance. The breakfast is satisfactory, includes a huge variety of meals. Every time we stay in Varanasi, like to stay here.

Fantastic stay! We loved this hotel! We had a perfect location right on the river with a beautiful panoramic terrace. We enjoyed walking to the main attractions and exploring the alleyways. Clean and comfortable rooms, and the restaurant served amazing food. The super friendly staff made the stay even better by always being willing to help with anything we needed.
